All the food came from the freezer in front of us and our dumplings came upside down with the juices still in a slab on top from where they had been frozen.. The Edamame came out with about 10 pieces clearly coming from the microwave as was our rice. When you hear the ping from the microwave and your dinner comes out it’s a true give away! Very disappointed

Took my family for dinner a few months after that and we had to wait and hour and a half for our food with no explanation. Gave it another try last night and place was packed. Despite having a reservation there was no table set up for us. Food was a bit slow due to being busy. The food has always been excellent but service is a bit disappointing.
